Film Nosferatu

On 5 March 1922 in Berlin, the premiere of the film „Nosferatu – A Symphony of Horror“ takes place. The film causes a major sensation. With this masterpiece its director, Friedrich Wilhelm Plumpe, who has called himself Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau since 1910, founds the genre of the vampire film.
