Founding of USSR

At the Xth Pan-Russian Congress of Soviets the founding of the „Union of Socialist Soviet Republics“ (USSR) is resolved. It consists of the „Socialist Federative Soviet Republics“ of Russia (RSFSR), Trans-Caucasia (TSFSR), the Ukraine (USSR), and White Russia (WSSR). Control of political power remains in the hands of Russia under the leadership of Vladimir I. Lenin.
