Trotsky, Kamenev and Sinoviev expelled

On 12 November 1927, the Central Control Commission of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) expels Leon D. Trotsky, Leo Kamenev, and Grigori Sinoviev from the party – all resolute opponents of Josef Stalin.
