Upper Silesia evacuated by German troops

On 24 June 1921, the Reich government reaches an accord with the allies on evacuating German troops from Upper Silesia, a region contested by both German and Polish ethnic groups. German self-defence forces would be dissolved as soon as Polish intervention forces had withdrawn across the German-Polish border.
